Using Retail Logic

Retail Logic is a retail operations platform. Access to application features may depend on your agreed plan, assigned role, branch access, and the configuration supplied to your business.

Accounts and access

Users are responsible for safeguarding their credentials and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Business administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate employee permissions.

Service scope and payment

Commercial scope, fees, implementation services, support, and renewal terms will be defined in the proposal or agreement accepted by the customer. This website does not publish or promise unsupported prices.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt other users, upload unlawful material, or use Retail Logic in a way that violates applicable law.

Product data and availability

Businesses remain responsible for the accuracy of data they enter and for maintaining appropriate internal controls. Any service commitments must be stated in the applicable customer agreement.
